- FuelGel LACTATE 60 combines hydrogel technology, 40 g of carbohydrates and 60 mmol of lactate in one 64 g pack.
- It contains a combination of glucose and fructose, providing carbohydrates suitable for use during intense or prolonged physical activity.
- Lactate is a natural part of human energy metabolism and can be used by the body as a metabolic substrate.
- The product contains no maltodextrin and uses a combination of glucose and fructose for effective carbohydrate intake during exercise.
- Its fluid hydrogel consistency makes it easy to consume during running, cycling, triathlon and other endurance activities.
- FuelGel LACTATE 60 represents a new approach to sports nutrition based on the combination of a carbohydrate hydrogel and exogenous lactate.
Directions
- FuelGel LACTATE 60 is intended to provide carbohydrates during sport, racing or prolonged physical activity.
- One 64 g hydrogel contains approximately 40 g of carbohydrates and 60 mmol of lactate.
- Consume 1 gel approximately 20–30 minutes before exercise.
- For exercise lasting longer than 60 minutes, subsequently consume 1 gel every 60 minutes.
- When using the product for the first time, we recommend testing it during training rather than for the first time during a race.
- The gel does not need to be consumed immediately with water, although regular fluid intake is recommended during exercise.
- Do not exceed the recommended amount and monitor your individual tolerance.
- FuelGel LACTATE 60 is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Natural Energy L(+)-lactic acid
A food-grade ingredient and part of the product's lactate system.
L-Lactate System Sodium lactate
The sodium salt of lactic acid and part of the product's lactate system.
L-Lactate System Calcium carbonate
A mineral ingredient used in food production.
Hydrogel Technology Gluconic acid
An organic acid used in food production.
Hydrogel Technology Sodium alginate
A natural ingredient obtained from seaweed.
