I. Processing of personal data

A. Contact form

We do not currently use a contact form on our online store. If you contact us by email, telephone or another available communication channel, we process the personal data that you voluntarily provide in that communication.

This may include your first and last name, email address, telephone number, message content and other information needed to respond to your enquiry.

B. Processing of personal data when making a purchase

When you make a purchase, we process the information you enter when placing your order, in particular billing and delivery details, contact details and information related to the order.

We typically process:

• first and last name,
• billing and delivery address,
• email address,
• telephone number,
• details of the goods ordered, prices, delivery and payments,
• information needed to issue accounting and tax documents,
• information required to handle complaints, withdrawals, returns or customer support.

We need this personal data to perform the purchase contract, deliver the goods ordered, communicate about your order, payment, delivery, complaint or return, and comply with our legal obligations.

The main legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation). In certain cases, we may also process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, particularly to protect our legal claims.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to perform the contract and subsequently for the maximum period permitted or required by applicable legislation, particularly for accounting, tax, complaints and legal purposes.

C. Newsletters and marketing communications

If you are our customer and have not opted out of marketing communications when purchasing, we may use your email address to send news, product information, promotions and other marketing communications relating to the IONTMAX brand.

The legal basis is Section 7(3) of Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on Certain Information Society Services. In other cases, we send marketing communications only with your consent.

We process personal data for newsletter purposes for five years from your last purchase, or until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting info@iontmax.com.

II. Who can access personal data

Your personal data remains with us. However, we share certain information with trusted partners who assist us with operating the online store, processing orders and payments, deliveries, customer communications, accounting, marketing and technical operations.

Recipients may include:

• the Shoptet e-commerce platform provider,
• carriers and parcel collection networks, particularly Zásilkovna / Packeta, DPD, GLS and their contracted partners,
• payment service providers, particularly Shoptet Pay, PayPal, banks and providers of bank-transfer or QR payment services,
• email marketing and newsletter service providers used through our store and marketing tools,
• marketing and analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta / Facebook Pixel, Sklik / Seznam and similar advertising and analytics systems,
• external marketing, IT, accounting, tax, legal and technical service providers,
• public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We primarily process personal data within the European Union. If some technical, analytical or marketing tools involve transfers of data outside the European Union, such transfers will take place only in accordance with GDPR and using appropriate safeguards.

• request erasure where the applicable conditions are met,
• request a copy of personal data processed,
• request data portability where applicable,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests,
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or bring the matter before a court.
