Privacy Policy

This document explains how VENTO Development s.r.o. processes the personal data of customers and visitors of the IONTMAX online store, especially in connection with purchases, operation of the online store, order delivery, payments, customer communication, marketing and the use of cookies.

I. Processing of Personal Data

A. Contact Form

We do not currently use a contact form on the online store. If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or another available communication channel, we process the personal data that you provide to us within such communication.

This may typically include your first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, message content and other data necessary to handle your request.

B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase

If you purchase from us, we process the data you provide when creating your order. This mainly includes billing and delivery details, contact details and data related to the order.

We typically process in particular:

  • first name and surname,
  • billing and delivery address,
  • e-mail address,
  • telephone number,
  • information about ordered goods, price, delivery and payment,
  • data necessary for issuing accounting and tax documents,
  • data necessary for handling complaints, withdrawal from the contract, product returns or customer support.

We need to process personal data in order to perform the purchase contract, deliver the ordered goods, communicate with you regarding the order, payment, delivery, complaint or return, and fulfil our legal obligations.

The legal basis for processing is mainly Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, i.e. compliance with a legal obligation. In some cases, we may also process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, especially to protect our legal claims.

We keep personal data for the period necessary to perform the contract and subsequently for the maximum period permitted or required by law, especially for accounting, tax, complaint-handling and legal purposes.

C. Newsletters and Commercial Communications

If you are our customer and did not object to receiving commercial communications during your purchase, we may use your e-mail address to send you news, product information, promotions and other commercial communications related to the IONTMAX brand.

The legal basis is Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services. In other cases, we send commercial communications only on the basis of your consent.

We process personal data for newsletter purposes for 5 years from your last purchase, or until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe from commercial communications.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the e-mail or by contacting us at info@iontmax.com.

II. Who Has Access to Personal Data

Your personal data remains with us. However, we provide certain data to trusted partners who help us operate the online store, process orders, payments, delivery, customer communication, accounting, marketing and technical operations.

The following categories of recipients may have access to personal data in particular:

  • the operator of the Shoptet e-commerce platform,
  • carriers and pickup networks, especially Zásilkovna / Packeta, DPD and their contractual partners,
  • payment service providers, especially Shoptet Pay, PayPal, banking institutions and providers of services related to bank transfers or QR payments,
  • providers of e-mailing and newsletter services that we use within the available tools of the online store and marketing communication,
  • providers of marketing and analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta / Facebook Pixel, Sklik / Seznam and other similar advertising and analytics systems,
  • external marketing, IT, accounting, tax, legal and technical suppliers,
  • public authorities, if required by law.

We primarily process personal data within the European Union. If, in connection with certain technical, analytics or marketing tools, data is transferred outside the European Union, such transfer will only take place in accordance with GDPR and using appropriate safeguards.

Our company has a designated Data Protection Officer. The Data Protection Officer is Jakub Sklenář, Managing Director of VENTO Development s.r.o.

Our company does not carry out decision-making based solely on automated processing that would have legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

  • request a copy of the personal data being processed,
  • request data portability, where applicable,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent if processing is based on consent.

If you believe that we do not handle your personal data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to take the matter to court.

This Personal Data Processing Policy is effective from 1 July 2026.
