Use
- Dissolve the contents of one 10.2 g sachet in 300 ml of water.
- For best preparation, use a shaker or sealable sports bottle and shake thoroughly.
- Consume 1 drink 2–3 hours before physical activity.
- To increase nitrate stores, consume 1 drink daily for 4–7 days before a competition.
- The recommended daily dose is 1 drink.
