Description
- FuelGel LACTATE 60 combines 40 g of carbohydrates and 60 mmol of lactate in one 65 g gel.
- A total of 60 mmol corresponds to approximately 5.4 g of lactate expressed as lactic acid.
- The carbohydrate blend consists of glucose and fructose in a 1 : 0.8 ratio.
- The combination of two carbohydrate sources is designed to provide energy during intense and prolonged exercise.
- Lactate is a natural part of energy metabolism and can be further utilized by the body as a metabolic substrate.
- L-arginine is an amino acid commonly used in sports nutrition and forms part of the complex FuelGel LACTATE 60 formula designed for intense and prolonged exercise.
- One gel contains approximately 450 mg of sodium and 150 mg of potassium.
- FuelGel LACTATE 60 does not replace carbohydrates. It adds another metabolic component to conventional race nutrition.
- Sodium alginate together with xanthan gum creates the product's characteristic gel consistency.
- The product contains no maltodextrin, caffeine or taurine.

Usage
- FuelGel LACTATE 60 is intended for use before exercise or during intense and prolonged physical activity.
- One 65 g gel contains 40 g of carbohydrates and 60 mmol of lactate.
- The recommended serving is 1 gel approximately 20–30 minutes before exercise.
- During prolonged physical activity, dose according to your individual nutrition strategy and desired hourly carbohydrate intake.
- Adjust use to the duration and intensity of exercise, total carbohydrate and fluid intake, and individual tolerance.
- The recommended daily intake is up to 3 gels. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- The maximum recommended daily intake of 3 gels provides 120 g of carbohydrates and 180 mmol of lactate.
- For first use, we recommend testing the product in training rather than using it for the first time during a race.
- The gel can be taken with approximately 100 ml of water; drinking water with it is not required.
- During exercise, replenish fluids regularly according to duration, conditions and individual needs.
- Food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of reach of young children.
- Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Store in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight, heat, frost and moisture.
- Consume immediately after opening.

An ingredient derived from seaweed that, together with xanthan gum, creates the product's characteristic gel consistency.
