Usage
- This guide describes the preparation of one serving. We recommend consuming it 1–2 hours before physical activity or racing so the hydrogel system can fully activate and support bicarbonate buffering and carbohydrate absorption before performance.
- What you will need: 1× 01 FUEL BASE, 1× 02 ACTIVATOR, 1× 03 BICARB TABS, Tricarb Container / shaker.
- Pour 150 ml of water into the Tricarb Container and add 01 FUEL BASE.
- Shake for approximately 15 seconds.
- Leave to stand for up to 2 minutes, then shake briefly again.
- Add 02 ACTIVATOR and shake thoroughly so the activator mixes evenly with 01 FUEL BASE.
- Leave the mixture to stand for 5–15 minutes depending on the desired hydrogel thickness.
- Finally, use the scoop to mix in the required amount of 03 BICARB TABS. Recommended dosing by body weight is stated on the packaging.
- Consume immediately after mixing. Do not chew the tablets – swallow them whole.
- Warning: Maximum 2 servings per week. Contains a high amount of sodium. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
- Tricarb is a food supplement. It does not replace a varied, balanced diet.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a dry, dark, cool place.
- Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Protect from heat, frost, and moisture.
