Description
- FuelGel and FuelGel ULTRA deliver high-quality carbohydrates from glucose and fructose — 25 g in the 40 g FuelGel and 40 g in the 64 g FuelGel ULTRA.
- Thanks to hydrogel technology, the gel passes through the stomach smoothly and the carbohydrates are then absorbed in the intestines, where the body can use them efficiently during exercise.
- The formula is designed to be gentle on digestion and help reduce the risk of stomach issues during sport.
- FuelGel contains no maltodextrin and uses a glucose–fructose blend for gradual, effective energy delivery.
- Choose FuelGel (40 g) for standard fuelling, or FuelGel ULTRA (64 g) when you need a higher carbohydrate dose per gel.
Usage
- FuelGel and FuelGel ULTRA are designed to top up energy during sport, racing, or longer physical activity.
- One 40 g FuelGel provides approximately 25 g of carbohydrates; one 64 g FuelGel ULTRA provides approximately 40 g of carbohydrates.
- How many gels you take depends on session length, intensity, and your individual needs.
- For longer efforts, adjust intake to your planned carbohydrate target and activity duration.
- You don’t need to take water with the gel, but it’s a good idea to keep hydrating throughout exercise.
- FuelGel / FuelGel ULTRA is a food supplement. It does not replace a varied, balanced diet.
