Overview
IONTMAX Family is a membership for customers who want to get more from every order. The membership includes credit for purchases in the IONTMAX online store, which you can use as a payment method at checkout. You can use all of your credit, only part of it, or not use it at all – you remain in full control of how you use your membership.
Your credit has unlimited validity. Membership benefits remain active for as long as you have a positive credit balance and belong to the IONTMAX Family customer group. Once all credit has been used, your account will automatically be moved out of the IONTMAX Family group and the membership benefits will end.
By purchasing a membership, you receive

- free shipping on orders worth at least €99.00 before credit is deducted

Shipping on orders below €99.00 is charged separately and cannot be paid for with credits.
How much you save
Save up to €148.15 and receive additional gifts and bonuses. With the START plan, you receive €493.83 in credit, pay €444.44 and save €49.38. With the PRO plan, you receive €987.65 in credit, pay €839.51 and save €148.15.
The IONTMAX Family membership itself can be purchased with a discount coupon, but the maximum permitted discount is 3%. When paying for a regular order with credits, another discount coupon cannot be used at the same time.
How IONTMAX Family works
After purchasing the START or PRO plan, the credit is added to your customer account. With every order, you decide whether to use all of the credit, only part of it, or none of it. Once the conditions are met, the gift and current bonus are automatically added at checkout. Membership benefits remain active for as long as you have credit and belong to the IONTMAX Family group.
