Description
The 24-hour nutrition pack is designed specifically for 24-hour ultra races — in the HD 2000 variant. It includes complete nutrition for 24 hours of effort, built around the real minimum needs of endurance runners, and targets about 60 g of carbohydrates per hour.
HD 2000 is the strongest electrolyte drink in the Hydration Drink range — built for maximum sweat loss, extreme heat or very long efforts. This is a functional nutrition base — the necessary minimum to get through the effort. Needs and tolerance vary, so if you need more intake, simply take more hydrogels or FuelDrinks.
Athletes usually cannot complete a 24-hour race on supplements alone — the pack is therefore designed as a solid base, ideally topped up with familiar everyday food.
