What exactly do I receive when I purchase a membership?
Purchasing a membership gives you €493.83 in credit with START or €987.65 with PRO, which you can use as a payment method at checkout. In the EUR store, 1 credit = €1.00.
Do I have to use credit with every order?
No. Using credit is entirely optional. You can pay the full product value, part of it, or use no credit and pay normally. Charged shipping cannot be paid with credit.
Can I combine credit with discount coupons?
No additional discount coupons can be combined with an order when credit is used. The IONTMAX Family membership itself may be purchased with a discount coupon, but the coupon discount is limited to 3%.
Is shipping still free when I use credit?
Yes. Free shipping is assessed using the order value before credit is deducted. If the order value is at least €99.00, shipping is free regardless of the amount of credit used. Shipping is charged below €99.00 and cannot be paid with credit.
How does the free gift work?
With every order over €123.46 when credit is used, members automatically receive a free pack of 6× FuelGel Hydrogel (4× caffeine-free and 2× caffeinated). Once the conditions are met, the gift is automatically displayed and added at checkout.
What is a bonus product?
An additional free bonus product, such as a drink, bottle or accessory, may be added to an order over €123.46 when credit is used. Bonuses are occasional and depend on the current offer.

Your current credit balance is always clearly displayed in your user account after you sign in.
How long are the membership and credit valid?
Membership benefits have no time limit. You can use them for as long as your account has a positive credit balance and you remain in the IONTMAX Family group. Once all credit has been used, you are automatically removed from the IONTMAX Family group and the membership benefits end. Unused credit itself does not expire.
Can I top up my credit at any time?
Yes. You can top up your credit at any time by purchasing another IONTMAX Family membership.

Using membership credit
- Credit serves as a payment method in the IONTMAX online store.
- Each member decides whether to use credit and how much to use, for example €8.23, €41.15, the full available balance or none at all.
- Credit can also be used for promotional and discounted products.
- Credit cannot be used to purchase another IONTMAX Family membership.
- Credit cannot be used to pay charged shipping.
Free shipping
- Free shipping is assessed using the order value before credit is applied.
- If the order value is at least €99.00, shipping is free regardless of the amount of credit used.
- Shipping is charged on orders below €99.00 and cannot be paid with credit.
- Example: order €102.88 → credit used €61.73 → shipping is still free.
Free gift with your order
- With every order over €123.46 when credit is used, members automatically receive a free gift.

Benefits for IONTMAX Family members
- Membership benefits have no time limit and remain available for as long as the customer has a positive credit balance and belongs to the IONTMAX Family group.
- Once all credit has been used, the customer is automatically removed from the IONTMAX Family group and entitlement to membership benefits ends.
- Members may receive access to special offers and products at preferential prices.
- These may include products approaching their expiry date, limited batches, test products or other non-public offers.
- Offers are occasional and depend on current availability and IONTMAX's decision.
Combining discounts
- No additional discount coupons can be combined with an order when credit is used.
- The IONTMAX Family membership itself may be purchased with a discount coupon, but the coupon discount is limited to 3%.
- A coupon discount above 3% cannot be applied to the purchase of an IONTMAX Family membership, including by combining multiple discount mechanisms.
- The customer always decides whether to use credit for an order or choose a standard payment method like any other customer.
- IONTMAX Family membership does not restrict the customer in any way – purchases without credit proceed normally.
Other terms
- Minimum order value is €12.35.
- Membership benefits have no time limit and remain valid for as long as the customer has a positive credit balance and belongs to the IONTMAX Family group.
- Once all credit has been used, the customer is automatically removed from the IONTMAX Family group and the membership benefits end.
- Credit has unlimited validity and unused credit does not expire.
- Membership and credit are linked to the user account and are non-transferable.
