What is IONTMAX Family?
IONTMAX Family is an annual membership that includes credit for purchases in the IONTMAX online store and a range of benefits (discounts, gifts, bonuses and special offers).
What exactly do I buy with the membership?
By purchasing the membership, you receive credit worth CZK 12,000 (START) or CZK 24,000 (PRO), which you can use as a payment method at checkout. The credit value is 1 credit = CZK 1.
Do I have to use credit with every order?
No. Using credit is completely optional. You can use it to pay for the whole order, only part of it, or not use it at all and pay in the standard way.
Can I combine credit with discount coupons?
When using credit, additional discount coupons cannot be combined. However, the IONTMAX Family membership itself can be purchased with a discount coupon.
Does free shipping apply when using credit?
Yes. Free shipping is assessed based on the order value before credit is deducted. If the order value is at least CZK 2,000, shipping is free regardless of credit use.
How does the free gift with order work?
Members automatically receive a free gift with every order over CZK 3,000: a 6× FuelGel Hydrogel pack (4× caffeine-free, 2× with caffeine).
What is a bonus product?
An additional free bonus product may be added to orders over CZK 3,000 (e.g. a drink, bottle or supplement). Bonuses are irregular and depend on the current offer.
Where can I see how much credit I have left?
Your current credit balance is always clearly displayed in your user profile after logging in.
How long is the membership valid?
The membership and credit are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I top up my credit at any time?
Yes. Credit can be topped up at any time by purchasing another IONTMAX Family membership.

Membership options
- IONTMAX Family START – by purchasing the membership, the customer receives credit worth CZK 12,000; the membership price is CZK 10,920 (9% discount).
- IONTMAX Family PRO – by purchasing the membership, the customer receives credit worth CZK 24,000; the membership price is CZK 21,120 (12% discount).
- Credit is part of the membership and has a fixed value of 1 credit = CZK 1.
- Credit can be used as a payment method at checkout in the IONTMAX online store for regular orders.
Using credit within the membership
- Credit serves as a payment method in the IONTMAX online store.
- Each member chooses whether to use credit and in what amount (e.g. CZK 200, CZK 1,000, the full balance or none at all).
- Credit can also be used for promotional and discounted products.
- Credit cannot be used to purchase additional IONTMAX Family memberships.
Free shipping
- Free shipping is assessed based on the order value before credit is used.
- If the order value is at least CZK 2,000, shipping is free regardless of how much credit the customer uses.
- Example: order CZK 2,500 → credit used CZK 1,500 → shipping is still free.
Free gift with order
- With every order over CZK 3,000, members automatically receive a free gift. The order does not need to be paid with CZK 3,000 in credits.
- The gift is a 6× FuelGel Hydrogel pack: 4× caffeine-free and 2× with caffeine.
- The gift is added automatically after credits are applied and the customer does not need to request it.
Bonus or special product with order
- An additional free bonus product may also be added to orders over CZK 3,000. The order does not need to be paid with CZK 3,000 in credits.
- Current bonuses are communicated on Instagram, Facebook and the iontmax.com homepage.
- The bonus may be, for example, a drink, bottle, supplement or another IONTMAX product.
- Bonus availability is not guaranteed and depends on the current situation and the decision of IONTMAX.
Benefits for IONTMAX Family members
- Members may have access to special offers and products at preferential prices. These benefits will always be added as a bonus product with orders over CZK 3,000.
- This may include, for example, products close to expiration, limited batches, test products or other non-public offers.
- Offers are irregular and depend on current availability and the decision of IONTMAX.
Combining with discounts
- When using credit, additional discount coupons cannot be combined.
- The IONTMAX Family membership itself can be purchased with a discount coupon, but with a maximum discount of 5%.
- A discount higher than 5% cannot be applied to the purchase of an IONTMAX Family subscription / membership, even by combining multiple discount mechanisms.
- The customer always decides whether to use credit for the order or choose a standard payment method like any other customer.
- IONTMAX Family membership does not restrict the customer in any way – purchases without using credit proceed as standard.
Additional terms
- The minimum order value is CZK 300.
- Membership and credit are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Membership and credit are linked to the user account and are non-transferable.
