Description
- ReFuel Food – nutrition for muscle recovery. An instant mix designed for post-exercise recovery with CFM whey protein (25 g), fermented BCAA and L-glutamine (2000 mg), a carbohydrate complex and a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

Usage
- Mix 1 serving of 60 g / 4 scoops preferably into 250 g of plain yoghurt or cottage cheese.
- Alternatively, mix the blend in approximately 300 ml of cold water or milk. After mixing, leave it to stand for 2–3 minutes for better consistency and taste.
- Consume ideally within 60 minutes after physical load. The recommended daily dose is 1 serving. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
- TIP: If you have a little time and want a nutritious treat, blend one serving with cottage cheese and a banana into a smooth mash. Great as a filling for waffles, pancakes or crêpes.
